Morning Star Church of God in Christ (COGIC) is committed to working together to create a house of worship, where believers can grow. We are committed to creating a place where each worshiper can experience God’s love, and acceptance. We believe in supporting the church outreach, and mission ministries. We are further committed to creating a place where the people of God will develop a faith-driven life.

What exactly is COGIC?

The Church of God in Christ (COGIC) is the largest Pentecostal denomination in the US. It was founded and organized in 1897. While our past is rooted in history, our vision and values are rooted in the here and now.

Connect with Community

Morning Star church is not subject to only four walls of the church. Our aim is to reach and welcome a multicultural audience. We believe in being a good neighbor: our goal is to feed the community spiritually and physically.

Move through Music

We believe in worship through music. We play music and instruments as a way to praise God.
